Rooms and Rates
Choose from the Dream Suite - a two room suite with a queen bed and a double futon sofa bed, or the Sunset Room - a large room with a queen bed. Both options are sunny and comfortable, with bathrooms very nearby. There is no smoking anywhere on the premises. Amenities include free wireless internet, laptop friendly workspaces, and bathroom essentials. All prices include a farm fresh breakfast made with local and organic ingredients, including eggs from our hens, served with pottery that we make right here in our home studio.
The Dream Suite
The Dream Suite features two sunny rooms with ash paneling made from trees on our land, cork flooring, and large windows facing south and west. Pastel and watercolor paintings by your host, Suzy, adorn the walls, along with other artwork by friends of ours. The bedroom includes a comfortable queen bed and a desk to work at. The sitting room has a double futon sofa bed, a breakfast table with seating for four, a refrigerator, and more. There is an adjoining private bathroom, newly renovated in 2022. The Dream Suite accommodates up to four people.
$135 per night for two people, with occasionally higher rates for special event weekends, $25 per night for each additional person

The Sunset Room

The Sunset Room features a large bay window with a beautiful view to the west, overlooking our lower meadow, the wetland headwaters of Buttermilk Creek below, Durfee Hill beyond, and the distant hills of Newfield beyond that. Spectacular sunsets are indeed a common sight, but early mornings often display gorgeous skies as well. The room is sunny and spacious, with a comfortable queen bed, a small breakfast table and other furniture, a hardwood floor, and a full bath (shared) right across the hall. Pastel and watercolor paintings by your host, Suzy, adorn the walls, along with other artwork by friends of ours.
